Terms and Conditions – Ctrl Alt Communications

Welcome to Ctrl Alt Communications. By submitting your device for repair or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

  • Ctrl Alt Communications provides diagnostics, repair, replacement, and maintenance services for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices of various brands.

  • Services may include hardware repair, software troubleshooting, screen/battery replacement, motherboard repair, and other related services.

2. Appointment and Device Submission

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the device, model, and issue.

  • Devices must be submitted personally or via authorized representative.

  • Ctrl Alt Communications reserves the right to refuse service if the device is damaged beyond repair, unsafe, or contains hazardous materials.

3. Charges and Payment

  • All repair charges must be paid at the time of device collection.

  • Advance payments, if taken, are non-refundable.

  • Diagnostic or inspection charges may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

  • Prices for parts and labor are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Spare Parts and Warranty

  • Ctrl Alt Communications may use genuine, OEM, or high-quality compatible parts depending on availability.

  • Warranty (if provided) covers only the repaired/replaced part and for the duration specified on the invoice.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized tampering, software issues, or misuse after delivery.

  • Manufacturer warranty may be voided if devices are repaired outside authorized centers.

5. Collection of Devices

  • Customers must collect repaired devices within 60 days from the date of repair completion notification.

  • Devices not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled. Ctrl Alt Communications shall not be held responsible thereafter.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Customers are solely responsible for backing up personal data before repair. Ctrl Alt Communications is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or leakage.

  • Service records and personal information are maintained as per Ctrl Alt Communications’ Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Ctrl Alt Communications is not responsible for manufacturer defects, pre-existing faults, or failures unrelated to the repair work performed.

  • Liability is strictly limited to the repair charges paid.

  • Ctrl Alt Communications shall not be liable for loss of data, productivity, business, or consequential damages.

8. Testing and Acceptance

  • Customers are requested to inspect devices at the time of collection.

  • Once collected, devices are considered accepted in good condition. Post-delivery complaints for the same issue may not be entertained.

9. Force Majeure

Ctrl Alt Communications shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to natural disasters, strikes, power failures, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
