  1. Manufacturer Responsibility:
    Ctrl Alt Communications is an independent service center and does not assume liability for any manufacturing defects, product recalls, or inherent quality/design issues of devices.

  2. Data Protection:
    Customers must take a full backup of personal data before submitting devices. While Ctrl Alt Communications takes utmost care, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or leakage during diagnosis, repair, or replacement.

  3. Warranty Coverage:

    • Warranty (if provided) is only applicable to the repaired/replaced part and for the duration specified on the invoice.

    • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized tampering, software issues, or misuse after delivery.

    • Manufacturer warranty (if still valid) may be voided if repaired outside authorized centers.

  4. Spare Parts & Availability:
    Depending on stock, Ctrl Alt Communications may use genuine, OEM, or high-quality compatible spare parts. Customers will be informed of the part type and warranty (if any) before replacement.

  5. Service Limitations:
    Some issues (especially motherboard/chip-level faults or liquid damage) may not be fully repairable. In such cases, only partial functionality may be restored, and complete repair cannot be guaranteed.

  6. Collection Timeline:

    • Customers are required to collect repaired devices within 60 days from the date of repair completion notification.

    • Devices not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled. Ctrl Alt Communications shall not be held responsible thereafter.

  7. Testing & Acceptance:
    Customers are requested to check and verify their devices at the time of delivery. Once taken from Ctrl Alt Communications, the device is deemed accepted in good condition and post-delivery complaints regarding the same issue may not be entertained.

  8. Payment Terms:

    • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

    • Advance payments (if any) are non-refundable.

    • Diagnostic/inspection charges may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

  9. Water & Accidental Damage Disclaimer:
    Devices affected by water/liquid exposure, accidental fall, or severe physical damage are unpredictable and may develop new faults even after successful repair. Ctrl Alt Communications cannot guarantee long-term performance for such devices.

  10. Responsibility Limitations:
    Ctrl Alt Communications’ liability is strictly limited to the repair charges paid. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss of data, productivity, business, or consequential damages arising from device failure.
